How Many Sessions Do I Need?

As you might imagine, individual training can vary dramatically depending on the
needs of the client. But for a very general guide, most clients see the best
results with two or three hours of personal training per week, supplemented with
some exercise that the client does on their own during the week. But again, this
varies from person to person. Older clients in particular often can see significant
fitness improvement with one hour per week.
