Welcome to Classika Sport and Fitness LLC, a personal-training-focused facility
in Lynchburg, VA. Classika stands out because we can offer you professional
fitness training in a very private setting. You don't need to fight the crowds or be
bothered when you would rather not be. Our trainers carry the highest
certifications in the industry and are constantly learning more to give you a safe
program that helps you see the results you want.
You probably already know that your health is your most precious asset. As you
age, exercise becomes even more essential. We can help by giving you
professional guidance, accountability, and encouragement. We listen to your
goals and assess your current state of fitness (don't worry, you can't fail the
assessment!). Then we develop a workout program designed to work for you.
Along the way, we test for relevant results to make sure we're on track. We seek
all-around fitness, which includes strength, fat loss, aerobic endurance,
anaerobic endurance, balance, flexibility, and power, to varying degrees. You can
expect to 1) gain more energy, 2) feel better, 3) get stronger, 4) lose a lot of
nagging aches and pains, and 5) develop better balance. Exercise can help
prevent or ease some forms of lower back pain. If you need to lose weight (and
most of us do), we help monitor your overall activity levels and eating habits.

You don't need to be in great shape to start, but you do need to be willing to work

What We Do
- One-on-One Personal Training. Your trainer listens to your needs and
designs a workout regimen based on those specific needs.
- Partner Training. Two people work out at the same time with a trainer. This
is popular with husband/wife pairs, siblings, and good friends. It can be a
fun way to train and keeps prices lower per person.
- Small Group Training. Small groups mean three or four clients at one time.
This is a dynamic, inexpensive, and fun way to train which still allows your
trainer to observe form and make sure everyone is safe.
- Training for Athletes. High school and adult athletes can benefit
tremendously from our style of training, both to perform better as well as to
reduce the possibility and severity of injury. This also goes for people who
need to stay fit for their jobs.
- Classes and Boot Camps. These are larger than small groups and could
include dozens of attendees if the boot camp is outdoors. Classes and boot
camps aren't geared specifically for a person or group but can be very
economical and fun because you have many folks working out with you.
